Group Sound Healing

Sound healing is among the most ancient and natural healing practices known humanity. It harnesses the power of sound to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. The harmonic vibrations are thought to rejuvenate the mind, alleviate stress, lower blood pressure, enhance breathing and circulation, relieve pain, boost the immune system, and elevate mood.

**EVERYTHING IS VIBRATION**

Welcome to the journey of exploring vibration as a healing method. The use of vibration for healing and relaxation is a time-honored practice, utilized for millennia by healers and shamans to help individuals connect with their highest potential. Everything in nature vibrates at some, and our optimal vibration can be disrupted by various factors, including electronics, machines,, and even our own thoughts. Sound therapy offers a natural, safe, and effective way to restore balance.

**HOW DOES IT HELP ME?**

Picture being in a group where you need to collect everyone’s names. In one scenario, everyone shouts their names at you simultaneously; in another, they line up to tell you one by one. Life's vibrations resemble the first scenario, overwhelming the body, mind, and spirit with information that's difficult to process. In contrast, the second scenario mirrors a sound therapy session, where the environment minimizes disruptive vibrations, allowing you to relax and replenish in an environment of coherent vibration.

Singing bowls are a powerful tool in vibrational healing.  Sound Healing and Sound Bath therapy generally leads to increased energy and a renewed sense of balance. The vibrations from singing bowls can alleviate pain and insomnia, reduce stress, foster inner peace, ease anxiety and depression, and enhance awareness. They truly promote healing and well-being.

Treat yourself to a moment dedicated solely to your relaxation.

We did it!  We have crossed the threshold of darkness and can trust in the light that is beckoning us, inviting us to ask for what we want.

What opportunities would bring you joy and healing?

What would you ask for if you were not afraid?

What "seeds" would you plant now to see grow in the future?

This January, we will partake in a simple practice to call in what we desire.
